It means that we can now offer certified recycled yarns, especially cotton and polyester, that meet the highest quality and sustainability standards.

What is special about the Global Recycled Standard (GRS)?

• Traceability: A consistent traceability of the supply chain from the raw material source to the final product must be guaranteed
• Composition: GRS ensures that the certified yarn contains at least 20% recycled fibre
• Environmental and social criteria: The certification takes into account not only environmental aspects, but also social and ethical criteria along the value chain
• Índependent verification: GRS is monitored by independent certification bodies to ensure compliance with the standards
